Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course Review
Cuphead's long-awaited well-named Delicious Last Course offers a great final dish that feels more like a satisfying dessert than a momentary help. It doesn't last long, but it offers an interesting series of ferocious boss battles and welcome addition to the now playable Ms. Chalice. Charis has a unique move set like double jumps, dodge rolls to safely avoid danger, and even extra health points. They were explosive to use and I loved taking advantage of their extra operability. Will she make Cuphead an easier experience? Something she doesn't make the game easy. Rather, she offers the player more options to work with. This makes her a more advanced character in a way, as she had to change her playstyle to accommodate her new tricks.
